Important Note on Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, our House Shoes cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other items in our collection (including boots, clothing, and accessories) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return, as effortless as pairing our versatile blazers with your favorite jeans:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For exchanges: We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
For refunds: You’ll need to cover return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on our perfectly tailored jackets or boots:

  1. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  2. You’ll receive tracking information via email
  3. If the new size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
